Step2swing

Le Step2swing met en place une routine qui va améliorer le "flux" du swing en permettant de travailler sur 5 points capitaux : l'alignement du corps, le maintien, la position de la balle, la position des pieds et leur distance par rapport à la balle.

It improves the alignment(the way you align your body has an affect on the plane of your swing), the ball position (a consistent ball position helps you set up to the ball in the same way every time), the stance width (a consistent solid base quickly becomes automatic), the distance from the ball (it has a telescopic arm to position the ball consistently away from your feet) and the foot position (for stability as you load up on your backswing).
